How do I use my Visa OPTIONS Card?
Simply activate your Visa OPTIONS Card and then use it to pay for goods of your choice at any of the retailers listed here. YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR CARD BEFORE VISITING THE STORE(S). You cannot use your card at an ATM, in a bank branch or bureau de change.
Will my Visa OPTIONS Card expire?
The expiry date is shown on the card.
Do I have to spend the agreed value on my Visa OPTIONS Card all
at once in a single store?
No. You can make any number of visits to any combination of stores until the balance of the card is used up.
Can I use my Visa OPTIONS card to purchase goods online?
Yes. Where the retailer has on-line shopping.
Can I check the balance on my Visa OPTIONS Card?
Yes, you can check your balance by going here or alternatively, call our freephone helpline on 0800 0156 740 and select transaction history when prompted.
Can I spend more money in a store than the value on my card?
Yes, but you will have to pay the difference and you must know your balance and advise the shop point-of-sale to take the OPTIONS card balance first.
I’ve lost my Visa OPTIONS Card!
Call the OPTIONS Customer Service Team on 0845 300 4026. You will be asked some security questions, the old card will be blocked and a replacement Visa OPTIONS Card will be issued. Click here for more information or reporting a card lost or stolen.
How soon can I use my Card?
Immediately. Once you have activated your Visa OPTIONS Card you can enjoy the experience in any of the stores on the enclosed leaflet.
Can I keep a track of my Card activity?
Yes. You can check your recent transaction history in the transaction history section of this website or alternatively, you can call 0800 0156 740, and select transaction history.
Why do I not have a PIN?
Your Visa OPTIONS card is NOT a cheque guarantee card, credit card, debit card or charge card. No personal identification number (“PIN”) is needed for authorisation of any card transaction that you may perform with your card. SINCE YOUR CARD HAS BEEN PRE-LOADED AND, ONCE ACTIVATED, CAN BE USED WITHOUT A PIN, YOU SHOULD TREAT IT THE SAME AS CASH AND KEEP IT SAFE AND SECURE. |
